The focus on the three course meal is for educational purposes, to help you build your technique and kitchen skill. We have broken down the categories into three sections, based on skill level:

• Simply Seasonal is best for beginner cooks
• International Flavours and Advanced Inspirations require a moderate level of comfort and skill in the kitchen
